If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the corporation, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 5 days of order placement. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for cancelled orders.

The deadline for returning an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. Once your order has been taken into mail carrier possession we are no longer responsible. Lost or stolen  “delivered” orders must be reported to the mail carrier service of your shipment. It is the customers responsibility to file any and all claims .

We will apply a credit to your account (at our discretion) no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The Goods are in the original, undamaged packaging that has not been opened

The following Goods cannot be returned/refunded:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. (CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS)
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are custom made
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address: CEO CREATIVE C/O RETURN DEPARTMENT 393 NE 2ND AVE HALLANDALE BEACH, FL 33009

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Any issue with an Order needs to be reported within  5 days of delivery.  Return requests reported after the 7 day deadline will be accepted for up to 30 days after delivery with the following caveats: We do not offer refunds . Credit will be applied to your account .

  1. 30 % restocking fee will be charged on original invoice
  2. Original shipping charges will not be refunded
  3. Items must be in original packaging, not used in any capacity and in original condition.  We will not be able to accept returns for any products that do not meet this criteria.

We will not accept any returns after 30 days of delivery ! To qualify for a reshipment or invoice adjustment the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery regarding missing or broken items.

Orders that are purchased but not received are to be reported to us via email at info@theceocreative.com no later than 5 days from the date of shipment so we can initiate order tracking. Orders that are not reported to us within this time period and are not returned to us by the carrier will be considered delivered.  On cases of a missing package that has been reported by mail carrier as “delivered”  it is your responsibility to contact mail service and resolve the matter. The Ceo Creative is not responsible for any lost packages.   Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee  .  All shipping charges will be customers responsibility. In addition if an item is returned to us by carrier and needs to be reshipped,  the new shipping costs will be added to original invoice .

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
