UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
- Please upload PDF, JPG images only
- Do not submit a picture of a picture.
- Be sure your file is correct. Any file changes after upload will result in a $5.00 Re-Rip Charge
- File should not be larger than 50MB in size.
By submitting your design, you acknowledge that all content has been reviewed and approved. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided files.
Artwork setup: VERY IMPORTANT
1. Setup artwork with 1/8″ bleeds.
IE: if the finished size is supposed to be 3.5″ x 2″, make sure your file is 3.75″ x 2.25″. A 2-page PDF is prefered. Page 1 is the front, Page 2 is the back. For the UV 1 side option, page 1 of the PDF will be the side that gets UV coating.
2. Setup your files to be CMYK.
We will not be responsible for color shifts if there are any PMS colors or RGB colors in your file. PMS colors are known to do eratic things when converted to CMYK and when transparencies are present.
3. Make sure all of your images are at least 300 dpi.
Any resolution lower than 300 dpi will produce results that may not be “acceptable”
4. Accepted files: .PDF
A two page PDF is preferred for 2 sided cards. It is not necessary to upload a seperate front and back file. If you have a two page PDF, simply upload the one file and your file will populate the front and back.
Any files received that do not meet this criteria will result in order cancellation or additional charges for file corrections and mandatory Proofs.
