I recently purchased a wireless charger that was marketed with the promise of being able to charge multiple devices simultaneously, including a mobile phone, an Apple Watch, and earbuds. The advertising visuals prominently featured an Apple Watch being charged, which was a significant factor in my decision to buy this particular product.
Upon receiving and using the product, I was disappointed to discover that it does not support Apple Watch charging, contrary to the claims made in the product's advertising. The instruction manual included with the charger confirmed that Apple Watch charging is not a feature, which was misleading based on the initial advertisement.
While the charger functions adequately for charging other devices, the main selling point for me was the convenience of charging my Apple Watch alongside my phone and earbuds. The absence of this feature significantly diminishes the value of the product for me, especially considering the price point. I could have opted for a more cost-effective solution had I known the true capabilities of this charger.
Overall, the charger works as a standard wireless charging device, but the false advertising regarding Apple Watch compatibility is a major drawback. I would advise potential buyers to look for alternatives if charging an Apple Watch is a necessity for you. The product does not deliver on its promises, making it not worth the premium price.
