The sliding disc is recommended to be used on a wooden floor or grass or carpet to avoid abrasion.
Although there are steel wires in the rope, it is recommended that you use them indoors or on smooth floors to avoid wear.
Wire cutting inside the rope requires pliers instead of scissors.
