At The CEO Creative, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and at the most competitive shipping rates available. All shipping fees are calculated based on real-time carrier rates.
Free shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
– Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
– Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, depending on the complexity of the design and overall order volume.
– Peak Seasons: During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout using discounted carrier rates. These discounted rates will be directly passed to our customers by us. The rates are calculated based on the following
factors –

– Shipping destination
– Selected shipping method
All shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
How We Calculate Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated directly by the carriers based on the weight, dimensions, and distance of your package. Because we sell custom and sometimes heavy items, shipping rates reflect the actual cost to transport these goods safely to your door. We pass our discounted carrier rates directly to you.

We work with trusted and reliable carriers like USPS and UPS for high-quality service. Available shipping options may include –

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
– International Shipping: At this time, international shipping is not available.
Address Modifications After Order Placement
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to correct an address, please contact customer support immediately. If your order has not yet entered the shipping phase, we can update it. Once a tracking number is generated, we generally cannot reroute packages.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
– Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package and for tracking information to update in the system.
