*Affiliate Giveaway Rules and Regulations

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by CEO Creative, Inc., located at 20200 W Dixie Hwy #902, Aventura, FL 33018 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

All affiliates of Sponsor who have referred at least 100 new members to Sponsor’s program between June 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024, are automatically entered into the Giveaway. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”).

4. Entry

All eligible affiliates are automatically entered into the Giveaway. No additional action is required to enter.

5. Prizes

The prizes for the Giveaway are as follows:

– Top Prize: $6,000 cash bonus

– Second Place: $2,500 cash bonus

– Third Place: $1,500 cash bonus

The top three affiliates with the highest number of referrals during the Giveaway Period will be the finalists. The prizes will be randomly awarded to three finalists via a third-party drawing software to ensure fairness and transparency.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by a third-party drawing software from the top three referring affiliates during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be notified via email or phone within ten (10) business days after the end of the Giveaway Period. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining top three referring affiliates.

7. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within a specified period. Non-compliance with this requirement may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Rules and Regulations or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of the prizes.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Miami Dade, FL. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules and Regulations, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information for administering the Giveaway and for promotional purposes.

12. Winner’s List

To request the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: CEO Creative, Inc., 20200 W Dixie Hwy #902, Aventura, FL 33018. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks after the end of the Giveaway Period.

13. Miscellaneous

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should there be any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Rules and Regulations. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
